On September 31 — October 5, 2022, within the framework of the Ustaz — Ulytau project, seminars and trainings for school groups were held in the schools of the city of Satpayev. In particular, in the gymnasium. S. Seifullin, school-lyceum named after. Y. Altynsarin and the school. A. Margulan held a seminar on the topic «Mission, values and vision — tools for transforming a school into an ecosystem.»
For the first time, almost all of the teaching staff worked on defining the mission, values and vision of their school.
💬 The director of the school named after Alkey Margulan, Raikhan Kaikbaevna Bapanova, who participated in the seminar, shared her impressions:
“At this seminar, I realized that together with my colleagues, I need to review our work experience, note all the positive aspects and admit what was ineffective. After the completion of the seminar, each teacher realized the need for changes in education, both in general and in our particular school, to meet the changing needs of society and the individual.
I would especially like to note the interest of the trainer, Baekesheva Aigul Sharapievna, in presenting the material in a quality manner, her desire to convey as much of her experience as possible, thanks to which all emerging issues were promptly resolved and the main goal of the seminar was achieved.
For the full implementation of the mission and goals of the School Development Program, of course, two days of the seminar are not enough. The school staff would be happy to deepen and expand their knowledge on this topic through more detailed and long-term training.”
